Kingsport City Schools will be distributing a new brochure to parents of all students throughout the district on Monday, April 10, 2017. The brochure was designed by the state of Tennessee and describes the TNReady Test in regard to its format, importance, timeline, and the future dissemination of the parent report.

As a reminder, TNReady Testing will begin the week of Monday, April 17. This testing is for students in grades 3-8 along with the corresponding high school End-of-Course subjects (Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, English I, English II, English III, US History, Biology, and Chemistry ).  

Schools will be communicating schedules prior to the start of testing. In addition, parents and guardians may examine the assessment calendars and access additional testing resources at the following KCS webpage, Approved School/Assessment Calendars.
