Research Proposals

Kingsport City Schools supports the development of new educational knowledge through research and shall cooperate to the extent possible with colleges, universities, and other agencies in promoting educational research. The Department of Performance Excellence must give final approval prior to the initiation of any research. All research proposals are voluntary for all participants even if approved. The following forms outline the research proposal guidelines, protocol, and required paperwork.
