#  1
The 1st hole is a dogleg left par 4.  There is a fairway bunker on the left you must avoid. Trees line the left side of the fairway the last 250 yds of the hole.  The green is slightly elevated and bunkered.  Most players choose a driver or 3-wood off the tee which leaves a 9 to 7 iron second shot.
#  2
The 2nd hole is straight away.  It is a choice hole.  You can hit a driver to the bottom of the hill which leaves a blind sand wedge second shot or you can hit a 200 yd shot to the top of the hill which leaves a 7 to 8 iron second shot.  There is a greenside bunker on the left and you must avoid the out-of-bounds on the right.
#  3
The 3rd hole is one of the toughest holes on the course.  This hole requires a long straight tee shot which can leave anywhere from a 6 iron to 4 iron second shot.  The hole is straight away with a bunker in the left side of the fairway and trees on the right side.  A 240 carry is required to clear the bunker.
#  4
The 4th hole is a straight away long par 5 with the Holston River running along the left side of the hole.  Not many players are able to reach this par 5 in two.  There are trees down the right side of the fairway starting about 200 yards from the tee and running for about 175 yards. There is a large fairway bunker on the left to collect tee shots.  There are two bunkers in the middle of the fairway about 140 yards from the green.  The green is well bunkered.
#  5
The 5th hole is tough par 3. It requires a precise tee shot because the green is well bunkered.
#  6
The 6th hole is one of the few birdie holes on the golf course.  A player can reach this par 5 in two, but he must avoid the Holston River on the left.  There are trees on the right side of the fairway.
#  7
The 7th hole is a very difficult par 3.  A long straight tee shot is required to avoid the trees and bunkers around the green.
#  8
The 8th hole is a dogleg right.  There are trees starting about 200 yards from the tee and running to the green.  The green has a bunker on the right and the Holston River on the left.
#  9
The 9th hole is a dogleg right.  The Holston River runs along the left with out-of-bounds on the right.  Players will hit anything from a long iron to driver off the tee.  Accuracy is very important on this tee shot.  There are two bunkers to the left of the green.
#10
The 10th hole is another birdie hole.  The hole slopes from left to right and most players hit a driver or 3 wood off the tee.  This will leaves a wedge to the green.  The green is elevated with a large bunker in the front of the green.
#11
The 11th hole is the last good birdie opportunity on the course.  It is a short and tight dogleg right par 5.  After a good drive it can be reached with an iron.  The second shot is uphill to a well bunkered green.
#12
The 12th hole is a dogleg left.  The fairway is a valley between two hills and it slopes away from the tee  There is a pond at the bottom of the fairway.  The green is elevated with a large bunker in front.

#16
The 16th hole is a double dogleg par 5.  The first part of the hole is slightly dogleged to the left and the second part is dogleged to the right.  A hazard on the left runs down the first part of the hole and trees on the right are in the middle part of the hole.  Three precise shots are required to make birdie here.  The green is bunkered on the left.
