Kingsport City Schools' SEL Journey

Kingsport City schools understands the importance of social emotional health for not just our students but for all that are in our buildings. The SEL competencies support the mission and vision to ensure that all students are college or career ready by the time they graduate.

Our SEL journey is that, a journey. Not a program that we do or a simple checkmark that we place beside a box but shift in mindset and better support the whole child.
