Dobyns-Bennett High School - Renovation Project

project update

7/24/26:  Completed interior work in academic pods (English, Math, Social Studies) includes flooring of pods and ramps, painting of hallways and classrooms.  Demolition of Annex pod continues.
5/26/26:  Interior project begins, including demolition of flooring and lockers in academic pods (English, Math, Social Studies).  Demolition of exterior stairs behind Math pod.
5/12/26:  Bid approved by the Kingsport Board of Education.
