"It is an honor to extend congratulations to the students and staff at Adams and Jefferson Elementary Schools for demonstrating the hard work and commitment necessary to be named as Reward Schools by the Tennessee Department of Education," said Dr. Chris Hampton, Kingsport City Schools Superintendent.
