TO ALL BENEFIT ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES (FULL TIME)
 
Open enrollment dates are October 1st - October 27th.
 
Attached below is important information to help you make decisions about your benefits for the coming year. 
 
Please remember, if you do not want to make any changes, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING!
**The only exception to this is Flores Flex Spending-  You must re-enroll in Flores each year.**
 
We will also have on-site enrollers at each location during the week of October 9th through October 13th for the Mark III platform. This benefit platform houses Dental, Flexible Spending, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance Options, Critical Illness, as well as an Accidental Policy.
Use the following link to make an appointment. Go to the “Enrollment” box on the landing page. This will only be available from Oct. 9th – Oct. 13th.

Access the link below and login to see your City benefits and make any changes. This option will be available for the entire enrollment period of Oct. 1st – Oct. 27th.
 
  • User ID: SSN
  • Password: Last 4 of SSN + last 2 of birth year

Edison is the State platform for Health and Vision options:
 
If you need assistance with Edison Password reset contact, 1-800-253-9981 or 615-741-3590. (KCS HR does not have access to reset passwords in Edison) **You must upload documents to verify your dependents with the State**
