Pre-Kindergarten Screening Event
This is a screening for Pre-K placement only, not registration.
Participation in this screening does not guarantee placement.

Available to children living in the city of Kingsport who will be 4 years-old on or before August 15, 2016 and meet the income qualifications per Tennessee guidelines.

Pre-K classes are offered Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and follow the Kingsport City Schools calendar. Transportation is not provided.

Screening Location: Kingsport Civic Auditorium
Date: Tuesday, March 22, 2016
Times: Bring your child anytime between 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Required items to bring with you (placements cannot be made without these items):
Child’s Social Security Card, Up-to-date Physical & Immunization Records on Proper TN State Form, Proof of Residency, Proof of Family Income, and Child’s Original Birth Certificate (not mother’s copy).

Current Pre-Kindergarten Locations: Palmer Center, Johnson Elementary, Kennedy Elementary, Lincoln Elementary and Roosevelt Elementary.
