Tennessee Department of Education Commissioner Dr. Penny Schwinn will visit Kingsport City Schools tomorrow, October 27, 2020. Commissioner Schwinn is scheduled to tour both Dobyns-Bennett High School and D-B EXCEL. Due to KCS COVID-19 operations protocols and in order to protect the health, safety, and welfare of KCS students and staff, outside visitors will not be allowed in KCS schools during the tour.

Media availability is scheduled from 12:45 - 1 p.m. outside of the D-B EXCEL entrance (located in the back of the Kingsport City Schools Administrative Support Center). Face masks must be worn by all participants while on KCS property.
