KINGSPORT, TENN. – The Kingsport City Schools Board of Education will hold an administrative retreat/work session on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. The retreat/work session is open to the public and will take place at the Eastman Lodge, 404 Bays Mountain Park Road, Kingsport. The Board will discuss issues related to school district operations and strategic planning.

Kingsport City Schools (KCS) is a public school district located in Kingsport, Tenn., serving students in Sullivan and Hawkins county. The district is comprised of 13 schools, including a Pre-K, eight elementary schools, two middle schools, one high school, a high school program of choice, and an alternative learning program; with a total enrollment of over 7,900 students.
