Parents or guardians of children 18 years and younger can pick up a food bag or box, including seven (7) days of food to cover a week of breakfast and lunch meals for each child in their home that is not receiving meals in a summer learning program.

No-cost meals will be served Monday – Friday to all children age 18 and under from May 26 – July 10, 2026.

Through the program, Chandler Johnson received a full four-year scholarship valued at approximately $325,000.

A total of 29 students from Dobyns-Bennett High School and D-B EXCEL were recognized for their academic achievements by Northeast State Community College.

This designation recognizes the school’s strong commitment to arts education and support of its teachers.
