LaGuardia is a graduate of Dobyns-Bennett and has served as Head Coach at Sullivan South High School and North Buncombe High School in Weaverville, NC.

The announcement was part of an official University of Alabama athletic department release that also named Ladislav Lelkes as an Assistant Coach and Emily Orrick as Director of Volleyball Operations.

The Tribe Classic is a yearly tradition where Robinson and Sevier Middle School's varsity boys and varsity girls basketball teams compete in front of both middle school's student bodies located in Buck Van Huss Dome.

Dec. 19, 2018 was a very special and bittersweet day as the last student body photo was taken at the 29 year old original Johnson Elementary School "Castle Playground."

All are invited to The Castle Playground and take their final photo (between now and the night of Thursday, December 20, 2018) at the iconic wooden play structure located on Johnson Elementary School property, before it will be demolished and replaced.
