Kingsport City Schools Announces 2025 Summer Meals for Kids Program

KINGSPORT, Tenn. – The Kingsport City Schools School Nutrition Services department is once again providing no-cost meals with the Summer Meals for Kids program located at Sevier Middle School (1200 Wateree Street, Kingsport, TN 37660) now until June 27, 2025.

The 2025 Seamless Summer Food Service Program is administered by the Tennessee Department of School Nutrition Services under an agreement with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). There are no income requirements to participate in this summer program. Children 18 years and younger must be present to be served a no-cost meal during serving times and eat meals on-site. 
 
No-cost meals will be served Monday – Friday to all children age 18 and under from May 27 – June 27, 2025. No meals will be served on weekends.

Breakfast will be served from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. and Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. located at Sevier Middle School.

To have meals delivered to Adams Elementary, Johnson Elementary, Roosevelt Elementary or Washington Elementary, you must call (423) 378.2434 before 9:30 a.m. for lunch that day and/or breakfast the next day.
