Non-Kingsport residents in Tennessee will now pay a tuition rate of $1,000 per student/per year. City of Kingsport and Kingsport City Schools employees will now pay a tuition rate of $500 per student/per year.

This prestigious achievement demonstrates a school’s dedication to rigorous STEM learning where students explore 21st century skills, acquire workforce development at all levels, and embrace problem-solving methods they can apply to all of life’s challenges.

DBHS is ranked #1,664 nationally (out of 17,655) and ranked #19 of all public high schools in Tennessee (out of 462).

The meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 6 p.m. at the KCS Administrative Support Center.

Dr. Melissa Seaver, John Sevier Middle School Assistant Principal, has been named the 2024 Tennessee National Outstanding Assistant Principal.
