The award recognizes special education administrators for demonstrating outstanding service and dedication to educating children with disabilities.

Labeled as "Anonymous Reporting" on KCS websites and school posters, individuals are encouraged to anonymously submit reports and other feedback to authorized KCS school administrators and school resource officers.
