Out of more than 141,000 student members nationwide, fewer than one percent receive this honor each year.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 6 p.m. in the Tennessee Room at the KCS Administrative Support Center.

With few exceptions, the Board will hold regular monthly board meetings on the second Tuesday at 6 p.m. and work sessions on the fourth Tuesday at 6 p.m.

Beth Cohen has been named Principal of D-B EXCEL effective July 1, 2025.

This award recognizes personal growth and accomplishments of the cadets, contributions of the instructors as mentors, and the support of the school and local community.
