The Family Resource Center (FRC) is a part of the Kingsport City Schools district.  The goal of the FRC is to serve the children attending Kingsport City Schools and their families through direct assistance or make appropriate referrals to other community agencies or resources as needed. The Family Resource Center may provide direct services or referrals for medical/dental care, food assistance, clothing/shoes, hygiene items, school supplies, housing, transportation and various classes and involvement opportunities for parents. The FRC also offers a lending library for parents with helpful information on numerous parenting topics.
