project update
7/12/24: Roof work substantially complete.
5/23/24: Removal of old material and installation of new insulation and EPDM membrane is 100% complete at all areas. Eight of the new HVAC curbs on the flat roof adjacent to the Dome are flashed in. Most edge metal is completed, with a minor amount left to fabricate and install. A small amount of punch list items remain to complete.
5/17/24: Work drawing to a close. Punch list items identified and being addressed.
4:19/24: Work continues on the flat roof surrounding the exterior of the Dome.
3/15/24: Work continues in area around Dome. Work aligned to coordinate with Buck Van Huss Dome renovation project.
2/29/24: Work has moved to the area near the Dome. Project on-track for completion in the coming weeks.
12/18/23: Project progressing as planned. Currently working on Pridemore Theater roof. Expected completion in Spring 2024.
