9/27/24: Base bid complete. Roof over TCAT area complete. Roof over alternate/connecting area substantially complete. Preparing to install metal flashing around exterior. Monitoring roof during rain events to identify and correct leaks/areas of penetration.

8/15/24: Base bid (over main gym area) substantially complete. Roof over TCAT area substantially complete. Roof over alternate/connecting area approximately 60% complete.

7/12/24: Work ongoing. Base bid (over main gym area) substantially complete. Work continuing in alternate areas. Project on-schedule.

5/21/24: Mobilized with material on site and on Base Bid roof (insulation, membrane, and adhesive). Begun removal of ridge and installation of roofing system from entry side toward center along ridge.

5/17/24: Staging and construction initiated.

4/19/24: Pre-Construction meeting with contractor scheduled for week of 4/22/24 to review and move toward construction start.

3/12/24: Bid approved by the Kingsport Board of Education.
