project update
8/15/24: Project substantially complete. Addressing individual issues if/when they occur.
7/12/24: Project walkthrough took place on 7/11 to review progress and identify remaining areas of need. Project nearing completion. Minimal work items remaining, with project completion prior to the start of the school year on-schedule.
5/30/24: Workload volume increasing due do building being empty for summer vacation. Installation of classroom units taking place.
5/17/24: Classroom installations taking place. Acceleration of installation process to occur once school lets out for the summer.
4/19/24: Installation of units continuing as scheduled. Monitoring and adjusting of newly installed units taking place as-needed. Planning for summer work taking place in coordination with school administration and staff.
3/22/24: Installation of units continuing as scheduled.
3/15/24: HVAC replacement continuing throughout the building. Project still on-schedule for completion late Summer 2024.
2/29/24: HVAC replacement cycle occurring throughout the building. Project on-schedule for completion late Summer 2024.
5/9/23: Project approved by BOE. Pre-construction meeting to take place to determine final construction schedule.
